  Gary has owned and managed Commercial/Residential Restoration Construction Companies throughout the United States for 35 years.  He brings extensive success in start-up businesses, as evidenced by tremendous personal achievements in his own companies. His most recent creation, Texas Star Real Estate, is one of the largest in their market segment. Gary grew up no stranger to country life and small-town values. His love for Texas ranch land also led him to the gas industry, and his current mineral holdings are worth over $8 million.

Jared owned and managed Commercial/Residential Restoration Construction Companies in Florida, Minnesota, and Texas for the last 8 years. He is also involved in Real Estate Investing that includes Commercial, Residential and Farm & Ranch. That is how he started in the oil and gas industry, buying properties and retaining mineral rights for future production. Has been associated with the oil and gas business for the past 10 years. His education is thorough the University of North Texas. Jared is known for his excellence and expertise in management and organization.

Mr. Akins was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in June, 1999, where he served as a Military Police Officer. He began his construction career as a home improvement specialist.  His onsite duties include securing quality and reliable subcontractors, negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers, training seminars for specific jobs and on-site maintenance, OSHA Standards Consulting, Engineering Technology Education, managing national daily operating and expense accounts, marketing and advertising, strengthening each office in the areas of public perception, customer satisfaction, and reliability.
